Merchandise Exchanges: New items may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receiving them. Before returning any product, please call toll-free 1-800-753-6848 or send us an e-mail at info@yasukointernational.com and receive the authorization code. Merchandise must be returned in like new, merchantable condition with all packaging originally supplied with the item.
Merchandise Returns: If you would like a refund for your purchase, please return item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund of the merchandise price only; delivery and processing charges will not be refunded. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item. All Defective products will be fully refunded. All exchanges and returns must be shipped via insured and pre-paid U.S. Mail or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery)
Merchandise returned more than 7 days after the delivery date or does not have any authorization code will be shipped back to you at your expense.
